More Obese in America than Canada

A latest study conducted in Canada explaining the rate of adult obesity concluded with increased obese people in America than Canada. The statistics rose by 10 percent higher in America. The USA centers working for disease control made a complete study with the conclusions of 24 percent of Canadians are obese in comparison to further more of 34 percent in America.

Gender wise analysis was made, where in, it was observed that about 32.5 percent of American men face troubles of obesity, in comparison to Canadians that are lowered to 24.5. The straight difference of 8 percent, as per the American health care experts, these changes are due to the junk addiction in United States, as people over there are more obsessed to consuming fatty foods as a snack time item.

While analyzing the female category, the numbers differed from 12 percent, where American women share 36 percent of contribution as compared to Canada which is just 24 percent.

Obesity is a worldwide phenomenon where people are struggling hard to maintain the normal health requirements with complete fitness. Probably, the routine activities build up the cravings for junk and fatty foods which many times become difficult to resist. Above all, lack of physical exercise and workouts also majorly contribute in adding up the extra flabs making the person plump and inactive.

As per the health care experts, it is extremely important to keep a tab on the routine consumption habits, in order to maintain complete wellness. Health issues due to obesity are rising remarkably, with proper awareness and education this will be brought under control.
